  My gas fireplace had not been working for at least 5 years. I kept putting off fixing it because everyone told me it would cost me around a thousand to repair. I bit the bullet and called This is It after reading all the reviews. I am so glad i did. They came out within the week. Mike came in and was very helpful. He looked the job over explained what was needed and had it fixed and running in less than an hour. The price was way less then I was quoted by 2 other places. I really am pleased with This Is It and highly recommend them.
